By downloading, browsing or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should stop using the Application and uninstall it from your device.

The Service Provider may allow certain features to be used without registration, but some features require you to create an account or provide contact details.

The Application helps users discover local service providers, offers and news in their area. Listings are provided for information purposes only.

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Application by anyone else.

You are not permitted to copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works of the Application or any part of it.

You may not attempt to extract the source code of the Application, sell, assign, sublicense or otherwise transfer any right in the Application.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity that takes place under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering a service or submitting a listing, and to keep that information up to date.

The Service Provider may suspend or remove any account or listing that contains false, misleading, offensive or unlawful information, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Businesses and individuals who register a service on the Application are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents or partners of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider does not perform, supervise or guarantee any service that is booked, arranged or discussed through a listing on the Application.

Any agreement, payment, dispute or contract between you and a listed service provider is strictly between you and that provider. The Service Provider is not a party to it.

By submitting a listing, you confirm that you hold all licences, registrations and permissions required to offer the service in your area, and that the content you upload is yours to share.

Ratings, reviews and leaderboard positions are generated from user activity and other signals, and are provided as general guidance only.

You agree not to submit reviews that are false, defamatory, abusive, or that you have been paid or otherwise incentivised to post.

The Service Provider may edit, refuse or remove any submitted content, and may adjust or recalculate leaderboard rankings at any time.

Offers, discounts and promotions displayed in the Application are provided by the listed service providers and are subject to their own terms, availability and expiry dates.

The Service Provider is not responsible for an offer that is withdrawn, changed, mispriced or refused by the business that published it.

Advertising and sponsored placements may appear in the Application and will be identified where required.

The Application uses third party services that have their own terms and conditions, and you agree to comply with those terms while using the Application.

The Application may contain links to third party websites, including WhatsApp communities and social channels. The Service Provider has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content or practices of those sites.

Please be aware that the Service Provider does not take responsibility for certain aspects of the Application for which it relies on third parties.

Certain functions of the Application require an active internet connection, provided over Wi-Fi or by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or you have run out of data allowance.

If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement still applies. You may be charged by your mobile provider for data used while connecting to the Application, including roaming charges. By using the Application you accept responsibility for any such charges.

You are responsible for keeping your device charged and in working order. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the Service, the Service Provider cannot accept responsibility.

The Service Provider may update the Application at any time. The Application is offered on the current operating system requirements, and these may change. You agree to accept updates when they are offered to you.

The Service Provider may also stop providing the Application, or end its use, at any time and without giving notice to you. Unless stated otherwise, on any termination the rights and licences granted to you in these terms will end and you must stop using the Application and, if needed, delete it from your device.

The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will be available without interruption, or that it will be free of errors or defects.

The Application, its design, branding, text, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to the Service Provider and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content you submit remains yours, but by submitting it you grant the Service Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, host, reproduce and promote that content within the Application and its marketing channels.

The Everything Local name and logo may not be used without the prior written permission of the Service Provider.

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

The Service Provider works hard to ensure that the Application is useful and accurate, but it relies in part on third parties to provide information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the Application.

You are responsible for satisfying yourself as to the suitability, quality, pricing and safety of any service provider you contact through the Application.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of your use of the Application.

The Service Provider is not liable for any dispute, injury, damage or loss arising from a transaction or interaction between you and a listed service provider.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

Continued use of the Application after any change is deemed to be acceptance of the updated terms.
